Momme Halbe is a German-Canadian filmmaker, a Creative Director and Multimedia Producer based on the traditional and unceded territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations on the west coast of British Columbia.

Momme has over 20 years of work experience in Germany, Canada and world wide including film and documentary productions, music videos, commercials and corporate video, photography and graphic design.

Momme previously worked for Whistler, BC-based Sherpas Cinema where he managed multiple high value projects such as the $16 M flight simulation ride Fly-Over Canada and the feature film Into The Mind and was responsible for the concept, creation and execution of all print and digital assets for the award winning feature films All.I.Can and Into The Mind. He directed the flying ride Hawaii from Above (2019) and produced the award-nominated films Creatures of Convenience (2020) and Before They Fall (2021).

Before he moved to Canada in 2011 Momme worked for renowned commercial producer Prof. Hans-Joachim Berndt at House of Packshots/Filmhaus in Berlin, bdrops advertising agency and Lemon Design advertising in Kiel, Germany. In 2010 he graduated as Bachelor of Arts from the University of Applied Sciences in Kiel.
